This policy explains what data aiagentpersona.com collects, how we use it, and your rights. We sell downloadable guides through Polar and track basic site analytics with Clearlytics. That's the core of it.

What We Collect

Analytics (Clearlytics)

We use Clearlytics for lightweight analytics. It tracks:

  • Page views (which pages you visit)
  • Referrer (where you came from)
  • Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)
  • Browser type
  • Country-level location (no precise geolocation)

Clearlytics uses a single tracking cookie to distinguish unique visitors. It does not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

Purchases (Polar)

When you buy a guide, the transaction is handled by Polar (polar.sh). Polar collects your email and payment information directly. We receive order notifications but your payment details stay with Polar — we never see your card number.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process data:

  • Polar (polar.sh) — payment processing and guide delivery
  • Clearlytics — privacy-focused site analytics
  • Vercel — website hosting (may log IP addresses in server logs)
  • Supabase — backend database for site functionality

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you want the full picture.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies:

  • Clearlytics tracking cookie — identifies unique visitors for analytics (no personal data)
  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function (session management)

We don't use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. Never have, never will.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Request your data — ask what we have on you (spoiler: it's probably just analytics)
  • Request deletion — ask us to remove any data associated with you
  • Opt out of tracking — use a browser ad-blocker or disable cookies

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months, then automatically deleted. Purchase records are retained as long as needed for order fulfillment and legal compliance.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For major changes, we'll note it on the site.
